Yes — if you use the 'All donations' scope, the declaration covers past donations (up to 4 years), the current donation, and all future donations until the donor cancels. This is the most common approach.
You must keep: the donor's full name and home address, the declaration date, whether it covers single or all donations, and the amount(s) donated. Keep these for 6 years after the end of the accounting period.
