How to Track & Manage Pledges in PledgeNow
The event is over. 160 people pledged £26,580. The question every charity asks next: how much of that will we actually receive?
Here's how PledgeNow answers that question in real time.
The pledge pipeline
Open your dashboard. The first thing you see is the progress bar: Promised → Received.

£13,035 received. £13,545 still to come. 49% collected. This updates in real time as payments arrive.
Who needs attention
Scroll down. The Needs attention section shows you exactly who hasn't paid and might need a nudge.

Mariam Rashid, £100. Oliver Clark, £20. Tom Griffiths, £200. Each one flagged in red. You can see at a glance where the gaps are.
Every pledge, every status
Below that, Recent pledges shows every pledge with its current status:
- Waiting — pledge made, no action yet
- Received ✓ — payment confirmed
- Needs a nudge — overdue, automatic reminders have been sent
- Said they paid — donor says they've paid, needs your confirmation
And in the How pledges are doing breakdown, you see the full picture:

73 received. 33 waiting. 22 need a nudge. 21 said they paid. 11 cancelled. Every number links to the actual pledges behind it.
Where pledges come from
At the bottom, Where pledges come from shows which fundraiser page brought in the most money. Mariam Rashid's page: £3,120. Tariq Mirza's: £3,000. This is how you know who your best fundraisers are — and who to thank.
